Andy Feinour

Andy is an authority in student housing with more than 15 years of experience.  As President and CEO of Student Quarters, Andy is responsible for generating high yield returns for investors by acquiring underperforming properties and growing NOI through upgrades and enhanced management.  Utilizing deep industry knowledge and consulting experience he has been able to assess, acquire and improve properties while keeping student needs a priority.  He built the Student Quarters portfolio to approximately 5,000 beds.  Prior to starting Student Quarters, Andy was Senior Vice President of Carter (2009-2012) and Vice President of Holder Properties (2001-2008).  Andy also spent four years with the Boston Consulting group before getting into real estate.

Andy earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia in 1992 and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia in 1997.

Andrew is responsible for leading the origination, underwriting and structuring efforts involving both the acquisition and development of student housing assets for Student Quarters' investors.  Andrew leverages industry relationships with sellers, brokers and lenders and utilizes industry market experience to originate transactions for Student Quarters.  Andrew is also a member of the Investment Committee and Compliance Committee of SQ.  Prior to Student Quarters, Andrew was Managing Director at Phoenix Housing Partners (2013), Director of Acquisitions at Kayne Anderson Real Estate Advisors (2008-2012) and Vice President of the Acquisition Finance Group for ING Capital LLC (1999-2008).

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University in 1990, a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 1993 and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland in 1996.

As the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, Keith is responsible for the operations of the company, including performing due diligence on acquisitions, overseeing the closing of acquisitions and dispositions, establishing joint ventures, ensuring compliance with regulations and handling legal matters.  Prior to joining Student Quarters, Keith spent over eighteen years in private practice as a commercial real estate lawyer representing owners, investors, developers and lending institutions in the acquisition, development, finance, operation and disposition of commercial real estate properties with the law firms of Smith, Gambrell and Russell LLP (1999-2004), Epstein Becker and Green, P.C. (2004-2008) and Coleman Talley LLP (2008-20018).

Keith received a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University in 1994 and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1999.  Keith has an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubble, the highest rating a lawyer can receive.  Outside of SQ, Keith serves on the Board of Advisors to YMCA Camp High Harbour.

In her role as Chief Investment Officer Stephanie is responsible for the firm's capital and investment activities, managing relationships with existing capital providers, identifying new capital sources and structuring and negotiating venture and loan agreements.  Over her career she has executed over $4 billion of direct real estate debt and equity capitalizations of groundup development, acquisitions and recapitalizations for multifamily, office, hospitality and mixed-use properties in single asset and portfolio/programmatic structures and has advised on $2 billion of loan sales, debt restructurings and fund investments.

Prior to joining Student Quarters, Stephanie had roles as Senior Managing Director and Co-head of the Structured Finance practice at Savills Studley in Washington DC, and was co-founder and Managing Director of Ceres Capital Partners.  She previously served as Senior Vice President in Jones Lang LaSalle's Real Estate Investment Banking group.  She started her real estate investment career with Spaulding & Slye LLC, structuring and executing debt and equity in conjunction with the firm's investment development activities. 

Stephanie received her Bachelors of Arts from Colby College in Waterville, Maine and earned a Masters in Business Administration from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.

Cari creates and implements operational policies and procedures, serves as a liaison with HR and IT, and works with the accounting team to approve, process bills, payroll, expenses and income for proper allocation within the P&L. Cari also serves as Student Quarters' Emergency Coordinator.  Prior to joining Student Quarters, Cari worked at Impact Specialties (2007-2016) beginning as an Invoice Specialist (2007) growing into Accounts Receivable Manager (2012-2016) and ultimately serving as Customer Care Manager (2016).

Cari's received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Social Work from University of Alabama in 1993.
